New, custom built, 7'0", 30-50 lb. test, spinning rod, featuring 7 stainless steel guides that are under-wrapped and twice over-wrapped by hand onto this E-Glass blank with black thread and silver/pearl trim. The rod also has black / silver / pearl marbling near the fore grip and under each of the guides. The guides range in size from #40 stripping guide to #10 tip top. The larger size stripping guide allows this fishing rod to accommodate larger size spinning reels. The EVA rear grip is 10" and the EVA fore grip is 8". The reel seat is heavy duty hooded graphite. This rod also features the image of a Dorado/ (mahi-mahi) that is hand woven just forward of the fore grip.  Several close-up photographs of the Dorado weave are included to show the intricacy and craftsmanship of this fishing rod.  This rod was recently built by a prominent rod-smith of Southwest Florida, who used only the highest quality components.
